Implementation Science bridges the gap between research and practice. It ensures that innovations in health care reach patients and the public. The 4th Swiss Implementation Science Conference brings together researchers, practitioners, policy makers and other interested stakeholders to explore how Implementation Science can effectively contribute to the translation of innovations from research to practice. The conference will demonstrate how the daily work of health researchers, practitioners and policy makers can profit from Implementation Science.

The conference will provide a platform for showcasing both Swiss and international projects that have translated research findings into clinical practice and other real-world settings. Participants will gain insights into exemplary implementation challenges, innovative implementation approaches, and lessons learned. These showcases together with the submitted abstracts will highlight the diversity of Implementation Science applications across healthcare settings and disciplines.

Creating meaningful connections is essential to advance Implementation Science. This conference will offer ample opportunities for researchers from academia as well as pharmaceutical/biotech companies and practitioners to engage in dialogue, share experiences, and initiate collaborations.

The conference will provide valuable input on cutting-edge methodologies in Implementation Science, while also drawing inspiration from other fields of research. Experts will present practical tools and frameworks to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of implementation.
