SHIFT VAUD is a uniquely diverse meeting and innovation space, where stakeholders in the Vaudois food system can take a collective and fresh look at our food, our society, our energy and our economy. We close the loops and are convinced that all the solutions already exist within the ecosystem, we just need to find and creatively connect them. Discussions will take place around 5 key themes: Food, knowledge, resources, community, and the pace of life.
