Every congress planner wants to have gripping speakers, absorbing discussions and keen visitors, who pass on all they have experienced. This is exactly our mutual objective: The realization of a successful congress in all its facets. CongressEvents assists you in the organisation of a wide variety of events. You receive personal assistance from event conception to completion, including organization, hall planning and exhibition management. Our know-how is based on long lasting experience in organizing congresses and its project management.
To fulfil every need we offer a variety of workshop rooms. These rooms are geared for 20 to 400 people – the perfect solution for smaller events but also available in combination with larger congresses for breakout sessions. We also offer congress halls which provide enough space up to 4000 participants. What’s more, nearly all rooms are lit by natural light and are equipped with spacious foyers – ideal for coffee breaks, lunches or aperitifs.
More than a congress centre
We organize around 100 events every year – concerts, dance events, comedy performances or exhibitions. Leading firms stage their Christmas celebrations and other events in the Olma Messen St.Gallen. They never fail to be impressed by our many years of experience in arranging festive occasions. On the one hand, our versatile rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as first-class lighting, sound and visual technology.

The city is easy, quick and convenient to reach from all directions by airplane, train or car. Our seven multi-level halls take place close to the downtown of St.Gallen, where you just need a ten-minutes-walk to get to the central station and five minutes to the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Our partner, St.Gallen-Bodensee Convention, can take over the entire management of hotel accommodation – from obtaining allocations to the direct confirmation for your participants. In addition, they organize a social program to ensure your participants feel comfortably hosted.
