The ground-level structure means that the building is also easily accessible for wheelchair users and the large entrance gate gives access for delivery vehicles.

Designed by architect Ernst Gisel, the building is located in the middle of the pulsating business district of Zurich-Nord, directly opposite Swiss television’s head office. The internationally experienced property service provider Bouygues Energies & Services are responsible for this, now also operating the in-house restaurant, The Traders. The restaurant is open to the public on weekdays from 7.15 am to 5 pm. Whether you’re after a coffee break, business lunch, after-work aperitif, event catering or gala dinner, the catering team sets culinary accents with its freshly prepared, regional and seasonal creations. They will cater to individual requests and ensure that the guests and visitors feel at home.
