The exceptional charm of the Rhypark lends a certain je ne sais quoi to any occasion. Located directly on the Rhine, it lives up to the highest expectations as an event venue, whether for corporate events, seminars, workshops, general meetings, concerts or shows.

The diverse facilities include the RhySaal, the r-garden bar and lounge area, the Roots restaurant with its spacious terrace, the RhyBlick meeting room and the RhyHafe business center with three additional rooms, and can be used in a variety of different configurations.

In addition, the Rhypark is also able to offer culinary delicacies to clients in offsite locations thanks to its in-house catering.

RhySaal – in the top three in Switzerland

At 520sqm, the RhySaal is by far the largest function room in the Rhypark complex. Last year, for the first time, it was voted in the top three event halls in Switzerland with an area of over 500sqm. The space has two possible looks – the industrial urban look, in black, and the festive look, featuring white curtains.

The floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Rhine afford a view of the sea of lights on the opposite bank and contribute significantly to the unique atmosphere of the RhySaal.

Thanks to its generously proportioned stage and professional sound and lighting equipment, the room is suitable for a wide range of different events and is chiefly booked for corporate events, concerts, shows and weddings.

r-garden

During the summer months, the Rhypark is complemented by an innovative outdoor area in the form of the r-garden. The spacious lounge invites urban gardening fans to enjoy balmy summer nights with a refreshing cocktail, bar snacks and music. With its cozy ambiance, the garden on the bank of the Rhine is ideal for an atmospheric BBQ or as a place to enjoy an after-work drink with friends.

Event management and general conditions

Our experienced, professional and skilled event management team advises and assists hosts so that their events run as smoothly as possible – whether they’re organizing food and drink or the design and layout of the event location. All events are catered by our in-house Roots restaurant. Let yourself be spoiled by head chef Sebastian Rabe’s team of culinary artists.

Location

The Rhypark is located in the new up-and-coming St. Johann district, in close proximity to the exhibition center. The historic old town is just a 10 minute walk away along the bank of the Rhine, and is also easily accessible by public transport.
