Palexpo, a multipurpose event spaces connected to the world The 106,000 sqm venue offers multipurpose event spaces and flexible facilities to foster your creativity and fulfil your every need in terms of set up and decoration. There is no limit to your imagination within our premises. Our facilities are fully flexible and can be adapted to best suit your needs:
- You can design your own custom-fitted space within our 7 pillar-free halls to welcome up to 80’000 visitors.
- Our congress centre is made of 37 fully modular conference rooms that can be combined to optimize spaces in order to accommodate from 20 to 2’500 delegates. 13 new rooms by the end of 2023!
- Our lovingly restored 19th century mansion, the Villa Sarasin, is the ideal venue for prestigious events such as seminars, receptions, birthday parties, wedding celebrations, cocktail parties. A beautiful 21’000 sqm park surrounding Palexpo offers various outdoors installations options.
Palexpo is expanding – new congress centre available by the end of 2023
13 new rooms bringing the congress centre to a total of 50 versatile conference/meeting rooms. For example, a plenary session of 326 sqm will gather 228 attendees.

Palexpo is ideally located within walking distance from the Geneva International Airport and its railway station, 15 minutes away from the city centre by bus. Three hotels are directly linked to Palexpo, offering 720 one-star, three-star and fourstar hotel rooms. Many other hotels surrounding Palexpo combine a capacity of 2’000 rooms. Our IT solutions will provide strong and reliable connectivity with your peers around the world, along with high-tech audio-visual and simultaneous translation services.
