The stadium has state-of-the-art event and congress infrastructure spread over 4,000 m2 of event space. All rooms have access to daylight and a view of the stadium. The rooms are ideal for a multitude of events such as workshops for 10 or more people, general meetings, conferences and congresses for up to 700 participants, gala dinners and company parties for up to 1,500 people.

Our friendly and competent YB Gastro team takes care of the well-being of our guests. The stadium’s own catering guarantees great flexibility and efficient service. Whether seasonal coffee breaks, sumptuous hot and cold buffets, an exquisite standup lunch, elaborate gala dinners or a downto-earth YB sausage – the menus can be selected from numerous suggestions and individually configured.

Technology

State-of-the-art conference technology and on-site technical support are a matter of course in the event and congress rooms of the Wankdorf stadium.

Wifi, microphones, beamers, screens, pin boards, etc. are available in various rooms. Thanks to our own in-house TV infrastructure, the arrival of guests, supporting programmes or interesting speeches can be recorded. The technical team is available for the entire event on request. In addition, we offer you the possibility of displaying photos in HD quality on the two LED screens in the stadium, presenting your products or showing a film on them. Or greet your participants individually with their names, your company logo or a slogan on the LED parapet walls on the long side of the stadium.
