The introduction of the Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC) in 2015 represents a milestone of establishing clinical consensus in the care of advanced prostate cancer patients. We are proud to extend the spectrum now to localised prostate cancer introducing Localised Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (LPCCC) as a genuine evolution of the APCCC family. LPCCC will discuss and debate current questions on the diagnosis and the clinical management of men with localised prostate cancer, with a special focus on unclear situations. Two days of the conference are dedicated to high-level presentations, discussions, and debates to summarize and conceptualize the available literature, evidence and consensuses.
