In turbulent times in particular, skilled workers are a key success factor for the tech industry. This is why dual vocational training and current trade policy framework conditions were the focus of this year’s Swissmem Industry Day – an altogether successful event. The atmosphere was good, every seat at the Congress Center Basel was occupied, close to 1,300 guests were rewarded with high-calilbre presentations and inspirational impetus.
