Supported by his culinary team, chef Mr Pascal Kleber knows how to inspire visitors in the six restaurants. In the Muntanella (14 GaultMillau points), guests enjoy Mediterranean dishes for lunch and dinner. Those who prefer casual family-style dining with pizza and specialities from the grill will find the Taverne is the right choice. The redesigned restaurant is now also open to guests in the summer. They can marvel at the goings-on in the show kitchen or try their luck in the bowling alley.

42 Gault Millau points in one hotel

On their culinary tour of the Arosa Kulm Hotel guests will also arrive at the Ahaan Thai, the hotel’s Thai restaurant awarded 13 GaultMillau points. The Piz Kulm, the smallest fondue lounge in Arosa, is a place to celebrate cheese and for visitors to enjoy wonderful, romantic times among friends with a unique panoramic view of the mountains.

With its 15 GaultMillau points, the Stüva Cuolm is an absolute must during the winter season. The restaurant celebrates Tuscan passion for cookery in the evening, while winter sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers can enjoy a short lunch or an après-ski drink on the lounge terrace during the day.

The Arosa Kulm Hotel & Alpin Spa has all the makings of a successful event, whether it is a corporate seminar, an incentive or a private occasion like a birthday party or romantic wedding. The rooms offer natural daylight and, for the most part, breath­taking views of the Arosa mountains.

Most impressive of all is the Panorama Hall with its perfect combination of old and new. Once used as a dining room and for tea dances, it has been completely renovated and is now a venue for cultural events as well as banquets, seminars and other occasions.
