The 2027 edition of UROART will focus on one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving fields in urology: the management of localized prostate cancer.

The symposium will begin on January 28 with the UROART Bootcamp, a dedicated educational course on robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). Through expert lectures, live surgery, and interactive panel discussions, participants will gain practical insights into robotic platforms, surgical techniques, learning strategies, and the management of challenging intraoperative situations.

On January 29, the scientific symposium will bring together internationally recognized experts to discuss the latest advances in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. The program will feature live robotic surgeries, keynote lectures, and interactive discussions covering contemporary imaging, prostate biopsy strategies, neoadjuvant treatment concepts, biomarker-guided decision making, and personalized treatment selection. A multidisciplinary treatment debate highlighting surgery, radiotherapy, and focal therapy will provide a comprehensive overview of current therapeutic options for localized prostate cancer.

The UROART Symposium continues to serve as an international platform for innovation, education, and collaboration, bringing together leading experts to share their experience and discuss emerging concepts that are shaping the future of prostate cancer care.
