FerMUN Geneva is an international Model United Nations (MUN) conference that brings together high school students from different countries to debate global issues, practise diplomacy and experience the work of the United Nations.

Organised by the Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire, FerMUN provides students with the opportunity to represent countries, research international topics, participate in diplomatic negotiations and develop resolutions. The conference promotes international relations, public speaking, negotiation, critical thinking, teamwork and intercultural exchange.

FerMUN takes place in Geneva, one of the world’s major centres for international organisations and diplomacy. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 5–8 January 2027, with activities at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Office at Geneva.

The conference gives students practical experience in multilateral diplomacy and UN-style debate, allowing them to explore international affairs from different national perspectives. FerMUN also provides an opportunity for students from schools across different countries to collaborate and build international connections.

Whether you are interested in Model United Nations, diplomacy, international relations, global affairs or the United Nations, FerMUN Geneva offers an educational environment for developing knowledge, communication skills and a deeper understanding of international cooperation.
