It gives me great pleasure to inform you, as President of the SAoO Programme Commission, that the 6th SAoO Congress will be held in Lucerne. Our guest country will be France. We are very much looking forward to the keynote lecture by Prof. Alain Bron, which is sure to be as scientific as it is humorous. With the theme “Interdisciplinary Ophthalmology”, the programme committee has chosen a synergetic approach to gain knowledge and improve the care of patients with complex clinical pictures. It’s time to meet in person again! We are working hard to bring this to you with interactive sessions, networking moments, cultural offerings, industry-sponsored satellite symposia and information-sharing meetings with sponsors. All sessions will be simultaneously translated from German into French and vice versa. So I now cordially invite you to the 6th SAoO Congress in Lucerne!
