SIETAR Switzerland 2027 Conference is an international event focused on intercultural competence, cultural diversity, intercultural communication, leadership, and the changing role of human skills in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world. The conference brings together researchers, educators, consultants, coaches, business professionals, policymakers, and practitioners interested in intercultural relations and global collaboration.

The 2027 theme, “Rethinking the Human Edge: Intercultural Skills across AI, Complexity and Uncertainty,” examines how artificial intelligence is transforming the way people work, learn, communicate, and interact across cultures. The conference explores which distinctly human capabilities remain essential in environments shaped by AI, uncertainty, complexity, cultural diversity, and rapid social change.
