Space for large-scale events

The St.Galler Kantonalbank Halle at the Olma Messen St.Gallen exhibition grounds has established itself as a versatile venue since its opening. Today, the hall regularly hosts trade fairs, annual general meetings, corporate anniversaries and customer events. Larger public events with several thousand guests have also been successfully staged here. At the same time, new formats are emerging, such as the first Schlagerfestival St.Gallen.

A particular highlight in the event calendar is the START Summit, which has been held in the hall since it opened. Each year, the event brings investors, founders and representatives of the international start-up scene to St.Gallen.

Flexible infrastructure for different event formats

With 9,000 m² of column-free space, the St. Galler Kantonalbank Halle is one of the largest contiguous event venues in Switzerland. Its open architecture supports a wide range of room concepts – from conferences and exhibitions to corporate events.

If required, the hall can be divided into two independent sections, allowing events to take place simultaneously or programme elements to be separated spatially. A ceiling height of up to 14 metres and the high loadbearing capacity of the structure offer additional possibilities for stage designs, technical installations and large-scale productions.

The light-filled foyer is ideal for receptions, accreditation or networking. Direct truck access and short logistical routes facilitate efficient set-up and dismantling and ensure smooth event operations. The infrastructure is complemented by numerous on-site parking spaces and convenient public transport connections.

From planning to implementation

Together with organisers, the Olma Messen team develops tailored solutions for different event formats. Around 90 employees ensure that planning and execution run smoothly, creating successful experiences for both guests and organisers.
