Your unique meeting location on the go
Make your next event stand out. Consider one of the following options, which are bound to make your MICE event a success on all fronts and transform it into one your participants will remember for years to come.
Red Arrow “Churchill”
This legendary train was specially designed to mark the occasion of the Swiss National Exposition in 1939. It owes its nickname to the former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill (1874-1965), who travelled across Switzerland on this train in 1946. The Red Arrow “Churchill” train can accommodate 110 guests and is fitted with 28 tables as well as the technical equipment needed. And an onboard kitchen ensures that the culinary wishes of even your most discerning guests are met.
“Salon suisse” Saloon Coach
Many people know that Switzerland’s Federal Council travels to state receptions in the “Salon suisse” saloon coach. However, you can also book the saloon coach for up to 34 people for your business travel. It is furnished with sophisticated Le Corbusier chairs and matching sofa as well as the latest technology to meet the needs of any executive, so you can enjoy an unparalleled travel experience.
Sitting Coaches
Apart from excellent comfort, sitting coaches offer perfect working conditions while travelling. In 1st class, the stage is set for a productive and scenic journey. Sitting coaches can be added to the train as extra coaches, combined with other coaches or deployed as a special train. Perfect for larger events with a capacity of up to 1,000 people.
Lake Lucerne Cruises
The gorgeous natural setting of the Lake Lucerne area has inspired many great minds. Thanks to its varied fleet, Lake Lucerne Navigation Company is ideally suited to make your next event a success, with boats assigned depending on group size. Equipped with standard technical equipment including projectors and flipcharts, the full attention of your audience is guaranteed. Choose from seminar or concert seating and bring your associates and business partners together while taking advantage of the rich culinary offering.

Get to your meeting in style

Connections are always assured: Even at 3,800 metres a.s.l. Thus, the journey to your meeting is easy and comfortable. Not to mention the stunning views along the way.
Your time is valuable
Busy professionals spend a large amount of time on planes, cars and trains to get from A to B. Most would agree that this time could be spent better. In Switzerland, public transport is designed to make travelling an enjoyable and productive experience. Did you know that most intercity trains feature a business zone? These are equipped with comfortable seats and individual outlets, so guests can easily power up their laptop to finish up an important presentation or hop on a work call.
Blend business with leisure
Your meeting might come to an end at some point, but the experience continues. Don’t miss out and encourage your customers to extend their stay in Switzerland and enjoy it to the fullest along the Grand Train Tour of Switzerland. Slow Travel is a welcome alternative in a fast-paced world. Because sometimes, one must slow down before accelerating to tackle new and exciting business opportunities. A panoramic train journey does just that. Take the Luzern–Interlaken Express for example. It joins picturesque Lucerne with Interlaken, renowned for its breathtaking nature and a popular convention location. The options along the Grand Train Tour of Switzerland are virtually limitless.
