For medium-sized corporate events, we have developed a specific one-day event layout intended for 500 to 3’000 people. This compact and multifaceted format keeps build times to a minimum thanks to a range of preinstallations as well as the flexible functionality of the hall infrastructure and it can be prepared in just 24 hours.

Hallenstadion SPACES & Foyer

Even our small rooms offer plenty of space for great “performances”! The Hallenstadion, with up to 10 seminar rooms on one floor, provides a prestigious setting for events for 20 to 220 people.

The spacious, light-flooded 1’900 sqm foyer is ideal for your corporate event for 200 to 500 people. Whether forums, roadshows or conferences; where the modern meets the heritage-protected architecture, a wealth of design possibilities opens up.

Whether it’s a successful customer event, an eventful meeting or a press conference; we offer you perfect organisation, seamless in frastructure, state-of-the-art technology as well as a top location close to the Zurich city center and the airport. The technical approach of the Hallenstadion is based on state-of-the-art technology, extensive experience and maximum commitment. From lighting design as well as video and audio technology to event content, Habegger sets out exactly the right conditions for your event.

Catering

Professional catering tailored to your requirements will round off your perfect event and provide additional magic moments. Catering is provided by Hallenstadion Gastronomie, which combines high quality catering with excellent service. Our catering partner is on hand to meet the most exacting demands and create a range of wonderful delicacies.

Arrival / Parking

The Hallenstadion is located close to zurich airport and can be reached easily by public transportation as well as by car. There are approx. 2000 parking spaces available nearby.
