The challenges facing healthcare leaders are constantly evolving. Demographic shifts, the shortage of skilled workers, digitalization, new care models, the trend toward outpatient care, and political decisions are all contributing to increasing complexity and dynamism. Since this entails a changed and, in some cases, entirely new leadership role in daily nursing management, our leaders must be appropriately prepared. This cannot be solely their personal responsibility, however, but must also be supported by the organization.

For this reason, we have decided to launch a symposium specifically tailored to recurring leadership topics. Our aim is to actively support leaders from nursing management, senior medical practice assistants, medical management, hospital administration, and staff functions, refreshing existing, valuable knowledge and introducing new, previously unfamiliar perspectives. We are delighted that we have once again secured distinguished experts as speakers for the individual topics this year.
