FWWMUN Geneva 2027 is an international Model United Nations conference taking place from August 2027 in Geneva. Organized by Future We Want Model United Nations, the event brings together high school and university students from around the world for an immersive experience in international diplomacy, global affairs, negotiation and multilateral cooperation.

Set in Geneva, one of the world’s major centres of international diplomacy and multilateral cooperation, FWWMUN gives young participants the opportunity to explore global challenges through realistic United Nations-style committee sessions. Geneva’s international environment provides a relevant setting for discussions covering peace and security, human rights, humanitarian affairs, health, sustainable development and international cooperation.

The conference combines Model UN simulations with expert-led workshops on youth involvement, the Sustainable Development Goals and leadership. Delegates develop practical skills in public speaking, research, negotiation, resolution writing and diplomatic communication while engaging with international issues from different perspectives.

FWWMUN Geneva features a wide range of committees for both high school and college/university delegates. These include the Security Council, General Assembly, Human Rights Council, World Health Assembly, United Nations Environment Assembly, ECOSOC, UNESCO-related bodies, the Commission on the Status of Women and other UN-style committees. Committee assignments are designed according to participants’ academic level and Model UN experience.

Beyond formal committee debates, the programme includes an opening ceremony, workshops, training sessions, social activities and opportunities to interact with experts from government, academia and international organizations. The conference is designed to connect academic learning with practical exposure to diplomacy and global policy discussions.

FWWMUN Geneva 2027 is open to eligible high school and university students from around the world. High school delegates must be between 13 and 19 years old, while college and university delegates must be between 17 and 26 years old and enrolled in an accredited institution. Participants may register individually or as part of a school, university or MUN delegation.

With its combination of diplomatic simulation, international networking, leadership development and substantive discussion of global challenges, FWWMUN Geneva 2027 offers students an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of international relations while developing skills that are valuable in academic, professional and civic settings.
