The hotel offers a total of 77 rooms including 29 junior suites and suites. Decorated with pinewood and featuring lavish granite bathrooms each guest room is individually designed to ensure that your stay is a unique one. All of our rooms have great views of the surrounding village and mountains including the majestic Matterhorn.

The Matterhorn conference and banquet room offers a flexible modular system that can be adapted to meet the most varied plans and arrangements. Our assistance is available right from the planning stage, and we will do everything possible to meet your individual requirements to ensure the success of your conferences, seminars, banquets and functions of any kind,

Whether for plenary sessions or board meetings, for group work or banquets, we will arrange the seating according to your precise instructions and program schedule. Our function rooms seat up to 250 people in the greatest comfort.

The hotel also has five rooms for banquets and conferences for between five and 300 people; these rooms are all fully air-conditioned, have daylight and black-out blinds and are equipped with cutting-edge communications equipment. Free wi-fi is available throughout the hotel. And we have a specialist on hand should you need help.

“Vita borni” – this is the name of the wellness zone at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof. The spa features a spacious indoor pool, a whirlpool, a saunascape with hot-air sauna, steam bath, alpine grotto and ice grotto, a fitness room, various treatment rooms and a private SPA for couples.

A culinary diversity can be discovered in one of our three restaurants and two bars. Fine dining does not always have to be French. In the gourmet restaurant Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni local products are worked and combined to perfection with great sensitivity. The chef and kitchen team in the Prato Borni have big plans. With their “alpine gourmet” concept, they use local products from the Valais region in innovative ways. The Brasserie Lusi is the perfect place for those who prefer things simple and uncomplicated. The menu features the very best of French brasserie cuisine as well as classic international dishes. In the daytime, the Matterhorn looks benevolently down at those lunching on the restaurant terrace. In the evening, diners enjoy culinary delights to gentle candlelight. Swiss cheese restaurant saycheese! it’s a cosy small cheese restaurant. The cheese is expertly refined with a great deal of attention to detail and is prepared and served with passion. A delicious fondue in “saycheese!” is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. The atmosphere is relaxed. The quality of the cheese is exceptional.
