The Geneva Association was delighted to present its 2023 Women in Insurance Award to Prudential Financial’s Caroline Feeney, CEO of U.S. Businesses, and Salene Hitchcock-Gear, President of Individual Life Insurance, for their successful inclusion initiatives and for role modelling inclusivity themselves. Read the press release Join us for a conversation on 25 January with the co-winners on realising the power of inclusion in insurance. Insurers play an important role in helping individuals achieve financial security. Technology is making it easier for people to access and purchase insurance and drive financial inclusion, reaching a greater proportion of underserved populations. Insurers are empowering their employees through business resource groups and development programs, to discuss the issues affecting them and help ensure the right support is available.  In this virtual fireside chat, Feeney and Hitchcock-Gear will discuss how they’re expanding access to the tools and financial solutions that support lifelong prosperity, as well as the ways in which they are helping the next generation of leaders in their career journeys.  The session will be moderated by Annabelle Thebaud, ISC Switzerland Board member, and include a special series of exchanges between emerging insurance leaders from ISC Group and Feeney and Hitchcock-Gear.
